Ingredients:
- 1000 ml Bunny O Herbal Grass Jelly Extract
- 3000 ml water
- 300 ml Fructose Syrup
- Grass Jelly Starch 80 g with 150 ml cold water
Steps:
- Dissolve Grass Jelly Starch with 150 ml of cold water
- Bring water to boil
- Pour Herbal Extract and Fructose Syrup into boiling water.
- Stir well, turn to medium low heat*
- When the liquid starts to bubble, add in the dissolved Starch.
- Turn off the heat, stir well until the desired thickness.
- Pour into container and let chill to set for 2 hours.
Note: - Use more Starch if prefer firmer texture.
* Be careful not to burn the liquid at Step 4.
