Product Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange. 

Please first contact our office to obtain a RETURN SLIP and attach the slip to each box that you plan to return.

Shipping fee and local delivery costs of $60 are non-refundable. 

If you request our driver to pick up the return products within the free delivery zone, a $60 fee applies to every 2 boxes of 50lb products picked up by the driver.

All Equipment comes with a 6-month warranty on parts only. Equipment is FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges on equipment. Please inspect carefully at delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Open bags/jars can not be returned. 

To complete your return, we require the invoice or proof of purchase. 

Payment Refunds 

Once your return product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Shipping is not refundable. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Once approved, then your refund will be processed. The refund will be issued by the same method as your payment.

A $30 or 20% (whichever is greater) restocking fee applies to all return refunds.

Clearance & Discontinued items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Clearance and Discontinued items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges

We don't offer exchanges, but we do replace items if they are defective or arrive damaged, this does not apply to items listed as fragile that are shipped by parcels. If you receive damaged items, send us an email within 7 days at info@abdistribution.ca  We'll contact you asap to resolve the concerns.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for the entire shipping costs associated with the returns. 

Depending on where you live, the time takes for your returns to reach us, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We can only refund on the resalable items returned to us.
