Do I need to make an appointment to pick up my order?
No, you do not need to make an appointment to pick up your order, but you do need to receive a pick up confirmation email for your order. If you arrive at our warehouse before receiving your pick up confirmation, we will not be able to accommodate special priority and your order will be processed in the order it was received.
I’m on my way, can you have my order ready?
All orders are picked and prepared in the order that they are placed. To ensure fairness to all customers, and to help with order accuracy, our warehouse prepares orders as they are received. Please do not come to pick up an order if you have not received your pick up confirmation email.
I’m in a hurry. Can I pick my order up right away?
While we understand and appreciate that you may need your products quickly, we have to fulfill orders in a controlled fashion and we strive to fulfill all our orders in a timely manner. As such, we require at least one business day after your order is placed to prepare it. In fairness to all of our customers, orders are fulfilled as they are received, allowing special priority delays the entire process for everyone. Please wait until you have received your pick up confirmation email.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on local deliveries, to addresses inside the Calgary Ring Road and the neighbouring communities, on orders of $250 or more. All local deliveries are shipped out on Thursday. Local deliveries must be placed before 3:30 pm the Wednesday before. On all other orders we are not able to offer free shipping.
Do you ship to my location?
Likely, the answer is yes. We ship to many locations all across Canada. We offer a shipping estimator before checking out, and you can confirm that we can ship to your address there.
Shipping times will vary in price and timing. Please note that shipping price is confirmed before check out, but timing is an estimate and delivery times will be dependent on the couriers.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders will require a minimum of one business day after the order is placed to be processed for shipping. Estimated shipping times can be calculated before checking out. Please note that these are estimated times, actual shipping may vary and is entirely in the control of the courier.
I can’t add more of a product to my cart, why is that?
If you are seeing the message “You can’t add more to the cart,” the amount of product you are trying to order is greater than the amount we have in stock. Reduce the quantity if you would like to add an item to your cart.
I’ve already placed my order, can I add more to it?
You may place a new order for the additional product you would like. Once an order has been placed and paid for on our website we cannot add additional items. If you have concerns about shipping, please understand that shipping rates are all based on weight and combining orders would have no effect on shipping costs.
I only received part of my order, where is the rest of it?
Unless your order was requested for pallet shipping, orders will be sent as multiple parcels. It is possible for parcels to be separated during the shipping process. If you receive only part of your order please do not panic. Wait one business day for the rest of your parcels to arrive. If the remaining parcels do not arrive by then, please contact us at info@abdistribution with your order number and the missing items, and we will investigate further.
Can I come to the warehouse and shop?
Our location is a warehouse and not a retail space. We are not able to accommodate shopping at our location at this time. All of our products are displayed on the website.
Do you offer a discount for businesses or wholesale?
You don't have to be a business to receive the best business discounts. We are a wholesale distributor. We offer wholesale products to everyone at wholesale prices by quantity.
Do you offer free samples?
We are a wholesaler and as a result all of our products come in wholesale sizes, providing samples would require us to keep open products on hand. Given the dangers presented by COVID-19 we do not keep open products. While we stand behind the quality of our products, and work constantly to make sure that our offerings are the freshest and best tasting available, we are unable to offer samples at this time. If you are interested in trying one of our products, we encourage you to purchase a single item of it and experience the quality for yourself.
Are your products dairy free?
All of our products are non-dairy, gluten free, and halal. We carefully source our products from FDA approved manufacturers; we import all of our products from Taiwan. Our products meet ISO 22000:2005, HACCP, Halal, Dairy Free and Gluten Free international regulations.
